Successfully expanded existing product (web application for online apartments rental) into new markets outside Europe. Successfully deployed product on mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Windows Mobile). Responsibility covered entire product life-cycle from initial analysis, through software development to market deployment. Hold Product Owner role to the development team (3 geographically distributed teams ~25 developers). Additionally to Project Manager role hold Business Development Manager role. Responsibility covered project planning, estimation, risk management, business development and daily execution tracking. In that position reported directly to the Executive Board.
