Expertido is a portal for professionals in the technology industry. The portal enables the planning and implementation of your own career by creating profile that describes the specialization, skills and experience. Expertido also defines the terms of cooperation, such as place of employment and remuneration. Expertido is not a typical social networking site because we provide anonymity and discretion. Expert preserving anonymity is free to accept or reject the bid of a recruitment company. The adoption of a specific offer by an expert is a prerequisite for the transfer of personal data. The expert receives only offer that meets his expectations and conditions and he decides about the recruitment process. -

What information consist user profile?
A complete application consists of:- - Personal information / details

Is my personal profile being shared or made public to others?
No, your personal profile is not publicly available. Only short and anonymous version of the profile is available in search results. Search engines do not provide key data such as photos, detailed personal information, and employment history. Supplying to us any information deemed “sensitive” and is entirely voluntary on your part. This ensures anonymity and discretion. -
Is it possible to define different sets of expected conditions for different places or forms of employment?
Yes. Your Target of expected conditions can be defined by many factors such as: place of employment, location, and form of employment or remuneration. It can therefore be defined, for example:- - Warsaw 8000 PLN gross per month/ Contract of employment

How do you ensure my privacy?
Your personal and employment information are not publicly available. The search result publishes only a summary and ensuring the anonymity of your profile. Only short and anonymous version of the profile is available in search results. Search engines do not provide key data such as photos, detailed personal information, and employment history. This ensures anonymity and discretion. -
What is the authorization of recruitment offers?
Any recruitment offer may be accepted or rejected. Acceptance of the offer by an expert is a prerequisite to ensure that the company gained access to his or her full profile. Rejection of the offer means that you do not wish to start interviews. Expert remains anonymous in such a case. Authorization of offers guarantees anonymity and discretion. -
How can I make my profile more attractive to employers?
A first impression can be what shuts you off the job, or gets your foot in the door. A detailed profile can help you easily double your chances of landing an interview and interesting job offers. In particular, attention should be paid to thoroughly and carefully fill the tab experience, describing the employment history, education, certifications held, and knowledge of foreign languages. The key, however, is the skill tab, where you should complete all of your skills and abilities taking into account self-esteem and support it by a brief explanation of where and how it has been used. -
How to get more jobs offers form recruiters through Expertido?
It is important to create the up to date and detailed profile that significantly increases its attractiveness. In particular, it is important to carefully and accurately fill the "skills" and “experience” tabs. In order to make your profile available in the search results, your profile and other information should be published. To publish a profile expert must define his expectations under the tab "My conditions". If you are not getting the job offers you may consider changing the place of employment and possibly adjust your financial expectations to the market level. -
What does it mean that my profile is unpublished?
Profile unpublished means that it does not appear in search results. Your Profile won't be visible to the public until you publish it. You can publish or un-publish your profile at any time. Unpublishing your Profile will hide it from the public. You decide if you are interested in getting the recruitment offers. -
How do I publish my profile?
To publish your profile you need to click “publish profile” at the red bar below the navigation menu. However, note that a necessary condition for the publication of the profile is to define the expected conditions under "My conditions" tab. -

A detailed data with fully described skills and competencies make your profile more attractive, which significantly increases the chances of getting interesting recruitment offers. -

How does the recruitment process in Expertido look like?
The recruitment process with Expertido takes several steps. In the first step, a recruiter looks for candidates who meet the specific requirements for the position, such as the desired competencies, skills, expected employment conditions and availability. The second step consists placing the recruitment offers to the specially selected candidates. If the candidate accepts the offer, his full profile including personal data and contact information shall be made available. At this point, the recruiter, with a guarantee of its range of interest is contacted directly with a candidate. Thus gaining significant savings in time and efficiency of the recruitment process, as contact and conversations take place only among the truly interested in the offer's candidates.
Prior to the start of recruitment process it is important to select a suitable tariff plan, selected according to the scale of the planned recruitment process.
After the purchase and activation of a tariff plan, the process of selection of candidates begins. It is commenced by using advanced search engine, which enables precise search of all candidates by defining parameters such as the desired competencies and skills, conditions of cooperation (wages, employment status), location of employment and the expected availability of the candidate. On this basis Expertido presents the candidates profiles, determining their percentage rates and adjusting them to the recruiter’s expectations. Among the preferred experts, the recruiter selects the key candidates and consists of the invitation to the recruitment process. Upon acceptance of the recruitment offer by the expert, his personal, contact information and full profile is disclosed to the company. Thus allows the company to direct contact with the candidate and arrange an interview date. For the duration of the recruitment process (no longer than is apparent from the currently settled tariff plan), the company has exclusive access to an expert profile. Exclusivity means that no other company can submit to this candidate a competitive recruitment offers at the same time. Thanks to this, the company is gaining time for a comfortable recruitment process of an expert without fear that the candidate is involved in deals with other employers.

Does it cost money to familiarize with the functionality of the site?
No, all companies have the opportunity to familiarize with full functionality of the portal totally free of charge. To see how it works, just create a company profile, which allows you to learn the tool, through the access to the demo mode and by conducting virtual recruitment and viewing examples (fictional) of expert’s profiles.

What you pay for? What you get as a part of purchased plan?
The companies looking for qualified employees need to pay for an access to the database industry of experts. Access to the database is defined by four tariff plans which can be found under the price list. A tariff plan specifies:
- - Time of the recruitment (validity of the plan);
- - The quantity of the recruitment offers, which may be make available to the target candidates (the number of possible dispatch of invitations for recruitment);
- - The quantity of the ongoing recruitment processes, access to experts full profiles obtained at the time of acceptance of the recruitment offers;
- - A period of time in which the experts profile will be fully accessible for the hiring company. This means that other companies will not be allowed in a given period of time to give any recruitment offer to the particular expert. This ensures exclusivity of the candidate recruitment.
- - A period of time in which the profile of the expert will be deleted from the database once the cooperation with the company is commenced. It gives a guarantee that within a specified time an expert will not be visible in the system for other companies, and therefore will not receive any competitive offer.

Is it possible to purchase or activate several plans at the same time?
Yes, the company is able to purchase and activate as many plans as it is adequate for its recruitment needs.

What does it mean that you have an exclusive access to an experts profile at the time of recruitment?
This means that if an expert agrees to accept the offer and proceed with the recruitment, no other company will be able to submit any parallel offers. This ensures exclusivity of recruitment for a given period of time.

What does it mean that the expert will be removed from the database after he has been employed?
This means that after the confirmation of the fact of employment by the expert, the profile will be hidden in the search results for other recruiting employers. The expert will not be taken into account in the subsequent recruitment and his profile will be deleted from the database for the time specified in the tariff plan. It gives a guarantee that the expert will not be visible in the system to other employers, and therefore will not receive any competitive offer.

Why is it important to provide an attractive and detailed description of the company’s profile?
The company’s profile is provided to the experts along with the company offer of recruitment. It allows the potential expert to grant some basic information about the company, such as your name, logo, website and description of the business. Detailed and attractive supplement of this information increases the credibility of the company as a future employer.

When should we confirm the employment of an expert?
The company should immediately confirm the employment of a new expert chosen in the recruitment process, but no later than within 14 days after the service of the recommended decision.
From the perspective of the company and in its own interest the employment should be reported as soon as possible, during the period of exclusivity for the recruitment of the expert. During this time, the expert does not appear in the search results for other companies, but after the expiry of the exclusivity period, other employers may submit their competitive recruitment offers.

When we can re-invite to recruit an expert who has rejected the offer of recruitment?
A re-invitation for recruitment of the expert, who declined the offer, is possible after a period of two months. By this time a profile of an expert is locked to the company. Thus, both parties may benefit from the above – an expert does not feel negative pressure from the requesting company, which in the case of further interest may consider raising the attractiveness of their offer.

What happens when an expert removes an account from Expertido and how it will affect the process?
If an expert deletes an account before he accepted any invitation of recruitment, his account will be completely removed from the site. This means that an expert’s account will disappear from the search results and from the "Followed experts “section. If an expert has any active recruitment offer, upon removal of an account it will be automatically rejected.
If an expert accepted an offer of recruitment before deleting the account, his archive profile will be visible to the recruiter’s but marked as that his account has been deleted.

How can you effectively manage the recruitment in the case of simultaneous search for candidates with different profiles?
The recruitment management through Expertido is very simple. At the stage of the search, the recruiter has the ability to save the search criteria. After the selection of candidates, the recruiter has the ability to group their profiles into corresponding folders ("ID recruitment").

How does the offer of recruitment look like and what to do to increase the attractiveness of the offer being sent to the candidates?
The offer of recruitment includes an invitation to participate in the recruitment process and the basic information about the inviting company such as name, logo, website address and an attractive, detailed description of the company. The more accurately the company will complete a profile and take care of mentioning the interesting content on company’s topic, the more credibility and interest will be aroused in the eyes of experts, which are served to recruit.

What happens if an expert already accepted the offer of recruitment and the company no longer has the credit on their tariff plan to start a new recruitment?
In this situation, the expert shall be reserved for the recruitment of the company, which has seven days to re-buy a tariff plan. Once the company purchase the plan, it will automatically gain access to the expert profile.
