Collection of Personal Information

What information do we collect?

After you create an account with our Services you may be asked to choose to provide both personal information and non-personal data on your profile. While creating your dedicated profile at Expertido.com you can use express registration mode using your LinkedIn account. You’ll have the option to import information from your LinkedIn account onto your profile.

In the case of an Expert account we use and proceed with the following data: name, surname, date of birth, address of residence or stay, education (including the name of the school / college, the period of study, obtained degree / title), employment history (including the name of the employer / client, position, period of work / collaboration and job description), skills and competencies, certifications held, knowledge of foreign languages, the expected conditions, contact details (including telephone number, e-mail, networking objectives e.g. Skype AIM, ICQ and so on), etc.

On the Expert Account it is also necessary to place a profile picture to enable unambiguous identification of an Expert. By placing a Profile Picture you agree and allow Expertido to use, distribute and make your image publicly available in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

At the same time the image will be made available only to those entities that have met the criteria set out in the Regulations of our Service. It is forbidden to transfer or upload the images, which would include any harassing, threatening, defamatory or blasphemous and pornographic contents.

In the case of the company account we process the following data: name, surname, full company name, company’s description, mailing address, billing address, tax identification number, registration number, contact details (including telephone number, e-mail, networking objectives e.g. Skype AIM, ICQ and so on).

It is important to note that providing the above data is voluntary, but necessary in order to properly register your account on the Website and participate in the recruitment process through our Services.

A detailed profile can help you easily double your chances of landing an interview and receiving interesting job offers. The key to success is the skill tab, where you should complete all of your skills, competences and abilities.

We may also collect your information when you contact us by phone, via the contact form on the Website, e-mail or in traditional way.

We protect your personal information and will only provide it to third parties with your full consent, where it is necessary to carry out the recruitment process and as reasonably necessary in order to provide our features and functionality to you. You also authorize us to transmit your personal information to third parties in order to carry out our obligations under these Regulations.

In order to participate in the job search the Expert profile needs to be published (visible to the public). Only then a shortened and anonymous version of the profile will be available in search results. Search engines do not provide key data such as photos, detailed personal information, and employment history. Supplying to us any information deemed “sensitive” and is entirely voluntary on your part. This ensures anonymity and discretion. An expert may at any time publish or un-publish his profile. It gives him complete control whether he is interested in getting the recruitment offers or not.

Any recruitment offer may be accepted or rejected. Acceptance of the offer by the expert is a prerequisite to ensure that the company gained access to his full profile (all data contained). Acceptance of the invitation is also tantamount to consent to the access and processing of personal data by the Company. Rejection of the offer means that you do not wish to start interviews. Expert remains anonymous in such a case. Authorization of offers guarantees anonymity and discretion. In accordance with the policy the companies may not transfer or share any personal information gained through our website. The described solutions are designed to provide the maximum possible extent of the anonymity and discretion when using the Service.

What are your rights with respect to the personal information we collect?

The data collected in the manner described tin this Privacy Policy is stored and processed in the manner consistent with the requirement of the law. By providing personal information to us, you are expressly and voluntarily accepting the terms and conditions of Expertido Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to send unsolicited e-mails to people who have given their separate consent. E-mails can contain both, information directly related to the activities of our Service (e.g. promotion, Offer News), as well as those unrelated (e.g. greetings). It may also contain content prepared by our business partners.

We would like to emphasize that we make every effort to ensure the e-mailing is not disruptive. We limit its volume and send it only when it is necessary. Any such a shipment also includes a special link that allows resigning from subscription without the need of liquidating the Service account.

The Service responsible for the registration of e-mail subscription and its resignation is adequately protected, so that it is not possible for any unauthorized actions (adding/ removing the person from the Service).
